Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. However, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, our customer service team will happily assist you with canceling it. Please contact us here.

Why am I not receiving my order confirmation email?

Please check your email spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, you can reach out to our customer services team here and we will be happy to assist you.

My CLIQ Mirror looks distorted - is this normal?

This is completely normal - due to the material of the mirror, it may appear distorted when not applied to a phone. However, once you stick it onto a flat surface, like the back of your phone case, it will flatten out and provide a clear reflection.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders

Express shipping an be added for an extra cost at checkout and is dependent on the size of your order and shipping destination.

How long does shipping take?

Our shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, with delivery times ranging from approx. 3-8 working days.

Are import taxes and duties covered?

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns

What is your returns policy?

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns policy which allows our customers to receive store credit. We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind.

We accept returns as long as the mirror is in it's original condition with the protection film intact, and returned within 14 days of the day of delivery.

The store credit will be issued to you within 5 working days of receiving the mirror at our warehouse.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

In the unlikely event that the mirror received is faulty, we will send you a new one free of cost.
